Emerging from a depleting music scene surrounding the city of Chicago in August of 2005, four individuals ranging ages 17-21 compiled a relentless, hard hitting E.P. that was soon to be released by Chicago's The Lost Anthology in February of 2006. After forming by mistake in late August 2005, The Lost Anthology began fusing together their diverse sound when guitarists Nick Nativo and Frank Policicchio joined with drummer Adam Settelmyer and brother Tony Policicchio to compromise a sound influenced by everything from death metal to hardcore to pop-punk. After writing 6 songs in about 2 months, the band headed into Sonic Studios in Oak Lawn, IL to work with Dave Kohut on putting together an E.P. Later released by the band with only 5 songs, Reverie proved to open the eyes of local and regional fans, as well as an indie label Dark Union Industries. After recording their new record "Silence Is Golden" in July 2006 at More Sound Studios in New York (From A Second Story Window, Borrowed Time, Holding Fire etc.) The Lost Anthology returned home after a label dispute and cancelation of a 60 day tour with As Blood Runs Black and The Breathing Process.. After 2 more East Coast and Midwest Tours, they signed with 13 Star Records out of Lancaster, PA in Early 2007 to prepare an April 2007 release of their new record "Silence Is Golden." Plenty of tours, a new music video for the title track "Silence Is Golden".
